Shipping Times – Issues

It’s about customer service first….

****1/27/19 There is an upcoming shipping rate change that is complicated and I will have to manual calculate and update these changes. I will notify if your purchase reflects these changes right away or if additional shipping fees are required. Please see more information below on how I calculate shipping.

Times

First Class International takes 1-4 weeks or longer to some destinations.

Priority Mail takes 6-10 days but to some destinations has taken up to 30 days, though rare it seems most often an issue to some locations in Canada and Australia.

Express Mail takes 3-8 days to most locations and is the most expensive method.

USPS Tracking system is NOT reliable for accurate representation of where the package may actually be on it’s journey.

Items will be shipped within 1-7 business days. Some items may take longer but I will let you know immediately of any delays in shipping and how long you can expect.

I pack things the way I want my own stuff cared for. I am extremely particular and careful. Bottom line, I treat you the way I want to be treated. Simple.

Shipping Issues

International delays are not uncommon and 99% of the time it is because the item sits in the Customs Office in destination country.

If a package is delayed first contact Postal Service in your location and find out where the customs office is. Often they make one effort to contact the customer and the package will sit in their office.
